近年来,我国心脏疾病康复发展迅速,五大类心脏康复处方及众多的心脏疾病康复共识的提出,进一步促进并规范了我国心脏康复的发展。中医药康复治疗疾病历史悠久且安全有效,与现代心脏康复医学研究相结合将是未来我国心脏康复医学发展的必然选择。本文从现代中医药应用于慢性心力衰竭康复治疗进展进行综述,以期为中医药在心衰康复临床研究和应用及现代中医药康复治疗优势的发挥提供参考。
Abstract：In recent years, the rehabilitation therapies of heart disease in China have been developed rapidly. Five types of cardiac rehabilitation prescriptions and numerous consensus on cardiac disease rehabilitation have been put forward, which promoted the development of cardiac rehabilitation in our country. The safety and effect of traditional Chinese medicine has been proved by long time practice. Combining with the research of modern cardiac rehabilitation medicine will be the inevitable choice for the development of cardiac rehabilitation medicine in China in the future. This article summarized the progress of the application of modern Chinese medicine in the rehabilitation treatment of chronic heart failure, in order to provide reference for the clinical research and application of traditional Chinese medicine in the rehabilitation of chronic heart failure and to give full play to the advantages of modern traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment.
