目的:探讨显微手术治疗断指的护理。方法:回顾总结手足外科68例断指患者的治疗和护理措施,主要包括术前护理、术中护理、术后护理、功能锻炼、出院指导等方面的护理。结果:68例断指患者术后再植指全部成活。结论:尽早争取手术时间,经显微手术积极治疗,术后精心的护理是提高断指成活率的关键。
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the nursing of replantation of amputated finger under microsurgery.Methods: Data of treatment and nursing of 68 patients undergoing replantation of amputated finger under microsurgery were reviewed,including mainly preoperative nursing,operative nursing and postoperative nursing,function training,instruction for discharge.Results: All 68 cases of amputated fingers replanted under microsurgery survived.Conclusion: The key to improve the survival rate of replantation of amputated finger is early aggressive proper microsurgery and elaborate postoperative nursing.
