目的:观察黄芪注射液治疗肾性高血压的疗效,及其对患者抗氧化能力和血管弹性的影响。方法:将180例肾性高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各90例,对照组采用常规西药降压治疗,观察组则在此基础上加载黄芪注射液治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者间临床疗效指标血压、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白量差异,抗氧化能力相关指标血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平差异以及血管弹性相关指标压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、硬化度(β)、单点脉搏波速度(PWVβ)和顺应性(AC)差异。结果:治疗后10、20d,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清MDA水平显著低于对照组,而SOD、NO和NOS水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者颈动脉弹性参数Ep、β、PWVβ均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液与西药联用治疗肾性高血压,能增加患者的抗氧化能力、促进血管弹性的改变,有利于降压和改善肾损伤。

Objective:To observation the effect of huangqi injection on antioxidant capacity and vascular elasticity of patients with renal hypertension.Methods:A total of 180 cases with renal hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group by hale.Patients in control group were treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy,and those in observation group were treated by conventional antihypertensive therapy combined with huangqi injection.Then the clinical efficacy indexes such as blood pressure,serum creatinine,24 hurine protein quantity of two groups before and after treatment were detected and compared,and the indexes of antioxidant ability such as the serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and the indexes of blood vessel elasticity such as pressure strain elastic coefficient(Ep),stiffness(beta),single point of pulse wave velocity(PWV beta)and compliance(AC)were compared too.Results:After 10,20 days of treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum creatinine,24 hurine protein quantity of observation group were lower than control group;the serum level of MDA of observation group was lower than control group,while the levels of SOD,NO and NOS were significantly higher than that of control group;and the carotid elasticity parameters such as Ep,PWV beta,beta of observation group were all bigger than control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Huangqi injection combined with Western medicine can effectively increase the antioxidant capacity,promote the blood vessel elasticity,then lower blood pressure and improve renal injury.
