目的:观察人流术后使用五加生化胶囊的疗效。方法:将2009年1月～2009年12月确诊宫内早期妊娠行人流术患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组术后口头孢拉啶胶囊加五加生化胶囊,对照组术后口服头孢拉啶胶囊。比较两组术后阴道流血时间、出血量、腹痛、不良反应情况。结果:观察组术后阴道出血时间、出血量、腹痛与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不良反应观察组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人流术后使用五加生化胶囊可减少阴道流血量,缩短出血时间,有良好的止血、止痛作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Wujiashenghua capsule on the treatment after induced abortion.Methods:A total of 80 cases with induced abortion diagnosed as early intrauterine pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups by half:observation group with Cephradine and Wujiashenghua capusle,and control group with Cephradine.The time and volume of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and side-effect were compared.Results:There were significant differences in vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain between two groups(P<0.01),but not significant in side-effect(P>0.01).Conclusions:Wujiashenghua capsule can decrease the bleeding volume,and shorten the bleeding time.It is of good hemostasis and analgesia.
