目的:探讨经腹部联合阴道彩色多普勒超声在黄体破裂诊断中的临床价值。方法:对确诊的52例黄体破裂患者进行经腹部联合阴道彩超检查,分析诊断准确率。结果:50例患者经手术或保守治疗后确诊为黄体破裂,超声诊断准确率达90.3%。结论:经腹部联合阴道彩超检查可明显提高黄体破裂诊断的准确性,为临床提供了有价值的诊治依据。

Objective: To evaluate the value of combined transvaginal and transabdominal color doppler ultrasound examination in diagnosing corpus luteum rupture.Method: Ultrasonographys of 52 patients with corpus luteum rupture were analyzed to investigate the accuracy rate of combined transvaginal and transabdominal color doppler ultrasound examination.Results: 47 cases were confirmed by following surgery or conservative treatment with diagnostic accuracy rate as 90.3%.Conclusion: Combined transvaginal and transabdominal color doppler ultrasound examination can improve accuracy in diagnosing corpus luteum rupture with high clinical value.
