目的:对比3种内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折的疗效,旨在寻找临床疗效最佳的治疗手段。方法:对2004年1月～2010年4月收治的髌骨骨折患者124例,分别采用张力带、钢丝环扎与丝线环扎内固定治疗,对比3种内固定方法的治疗效果。结果:张力带组优良率为96%,优于钢丝环扎组、丝线缝合组的87.5%、84.6%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折,疗效确切,可及早进行膝关节功能锻炼,且适用于髌骨粉碎性骨折,固定可靠、坚固,是临床治疗髌骨骨折的有效方法。

Objective: To compare the curative effect of three internal fixation methods in the treatment of patellar fractures.Methods: One hundred and twenty four patients with patella fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to April 2009 were divided into three groups,and were treated with tension band,steel wire circular ligation method and circular fixation with silk thread,respectively.The curative effects of three internal fixation methods were observed for comparison.Results: The good and excellent rate of the tension band group was 96%,significantly higher than that of the steel wire circular ligation group(87.5%) and silk thread circular ligation group(84.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusions: Tension band fixation has definite effect on the treatment of patellar fractures and is helpful in early knee function exercises.Furthermore,it is suitable for comminuted fracture of patellar.It is an effective treatment for its stability and firmness in fixing patellar fractures.
