本文对海南学龄前儿童主体格发育进行人体测量学研究评价，结果表明海南学龄前儿童体格发育符合一般规律，但与代表国内较好水平的九市标准和其它城市比较有较大的差距，仍存在着空出的城乡和性别差异，且表现出性别差异大于城乡差异的特点，由于营养及社会因素影响，农村女童发育明显落后。对目前生长速度和６年来农村儿童的变化分析表明海南儿童从长期趋势上仍未进入快速生长期。对儿童体格发育存在的问题提出针对性的促进措施。

The paper concentrates on the physical development of preschool children in Hainan Province. The results suggest that the physical development of preschool children in Hainan is basically in line with the general law but considerably falls short compared with the criteria in other major cities, esp. with those of the 9 cities with higher level in China,Conspicuous differences of the results exist between the children in the city and in the country and are more remarkable between different sexes.Due to nutritional and unfavorable social factors,the development of the female children lags further behind.An analysis on the current growth rate of the children in Hainan and the changes of those in the country in the past six years indicate that the children in Hainan have not yet stepped into a period of high rate growth from a long-term point of view. Proper measures to improve such conditions are to be put forward accordingly.
