目的:从免疫学角度,进一步探讨慢性非细菌性前列腺炎可能的病机,以及萆薢化浊栓在其中的可能作用机制。方法:应用大鼠前列腺蛋白提纯液辅以双重免疫佐剂造成实验性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,以空白栓为空白对照组,前列安栓为阳性对照组,分别检测TNF-α、IL-1β在前列腺组织中的含量以及iNOS的表达水平。结果:萆薢化浊栓高剂量组、前列安栓对照组IL-1β、TNF-α含量以及iNOS的表达与模型对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:萆薢化浊栓对免疫性大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有治疗效果,其效果与剂量相关,其作用可能主要是通过抑制炎症及免疫调节而实现。免疫因素可能是慢性非细菌性前列腺炎重要致病因素之一。

Objective:To discuss the possible pathogenesis of abacterial prostatitis and the possible treatment mechanism of BiXieHuaZhuoShuan.Methods:Set up abacterial prostatitis rat model with pure prostatein liquid extrated from rats and double immune adjuvant.Treated control blank group by blank suppository,and positive control group with QianLieAnShuan.Tested TNF-α,IL-1β and iNOS in prostatic tissue.Results:Compared with model control group,high dosage group of BiXieHuaZhuoShuan,control group of QianLieAnShuan had significant difference in level of TNF-α,IL-1β and iNOS(P<0.01).Conclusion:BiXieHuaZhuoShuan has dose-dependence effect on chronic abacterial prostatitis.It possibly woks by depressing inflammation and regulating immune system.Immune factors may play an important role in pathopoiesis of chronic abacterial prostatitis.
