目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)辅助治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床价值与护理体会。方法:对41例病毒性脑炎患儿进行抗病毒,应用激素、脱水剂、脑细胞活化剂、理疗等常规治疗后,并辅助高压氧治疗,进行相应的护理,观察其治疗效果。结果:41例临床症状好转,脑电图恢复正常35例(85.36%),部分恢复4例(9.76%),无改变2例(4.88%)。结论:高压氧辅助治疗小儿病毒性脑炎安全、有效,能降低死亡率,减少后遗症,值得临床推广应用;做好高压氧治疗时的护理是保证高压氧顺利进行的关键。
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical value and nursing experience of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)treatment in children with viral encephalitis.Methods:Forty-one children with viral encephalitis were treated with HBO on the basis of conventional treatment of anti-virus,hormones,dehydrating,reactivating brain cell and physiotherapy,intensive nursing care was underwent,the effects were studied.Results:Clinical manifestation were improved in 41 cases,EEG recovered to normal in 35 cases(85.36%),partial recovery in 4 cases(9.76%),no noticeable change in 2 cases of(4.88%).Conclusion:Complement treatment of viral encephalitis in children with hyperbaric oxygen is effective and safe,and can reduce mortality and sequela.It is worth to spread the clinical application.Proper nursing care plays an important role in the effective therapy of HBO.
