目的:探讨CyclinB1在良、恶性淋巴疾病表达差异以及在恶性淋巴瘤中表达与多种预后因素的相互关系,并分析其表达的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC法,检测CyclinB1在83例非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)组织及20例淋巴结反应性增生(RH)组织中的表达情况。结果:CyclinB1在NHL中的表达显著高于RH组织中的表达(P<0.01);NHL中CyclinB1在Ⅲ+Ⅳ期的表达显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期(P<0.05),在有结外受侵的NHL患者中明显高于无结外受侵的患者(P<0.05),在侵袭性NHL显著高于惰性NHL(P<0.05)。结论:CyclinB1可能参与NHL的进展。检测CyclinB1的表达情况,有助于NHL和RH的鉴别诊断,对判断NHL的恶性程度有一定的临床价值。
Abstract：Objective: To explore the difference in cyclinB1 expression between benign and malignant lymphoid disease as well as its predictive value in the prognosis of malignant lymphoma.Methods: The expression of cyclinB1 in 83 non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma(NHL) cases and 20 reactive lymphoid tissue hyperplasia(RH) cases were detected and compared with ABC immunohistochemistry.Results: The positive expression rate of cyclinB1 in NHL was significantly higher than that in RH(P<0.01),in aggressive NHL than that in indolent NHL(P<0.05).The expression of cyclinB1was significantly higher in stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ than those in stageⅠ+Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion: CyclinB1 is possibly involved with NHL progression thus its expression can be helpful in differentiation between NHL and RH,as well as judging the malignancy degree of NHL.
