目的:探索金刚藤胶囊联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎,对患者的血清炎性因子、免疫功能及血液流变学指标水平的影响。方法:210例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组(n=104)和观察组(n=106),对照组给予妇科千金片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合金刚藤胶囊治疗,两组均治疗6周。比较治疗前及治疗6周后两组的血清炎性因子、免疫功能及血液流变学指标的水平。结果:治疗前,两组的炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8)、免疫功能(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+)和血液流变学指标(低切/高切全血黏度、血浆黏度和FIB)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、CD8+、低切/高切全血黏度、血浆黏度和FIB水平均显著低于组内治疗前,且观察组治疗后水平显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);两组治疗后的CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平均显著高于组内治疗前,且观察组治疗后水平显著高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:金刚藤胶囊联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎,对血清炎性因子、免疫功能及血液流变学指标的调节及改善显著优于单独的妇科千金片治疗,具有一定的临床价值。
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of bock greenbrier rhizome capsule combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablet on serum inflammatory factors,immune function and hemorheological index in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:A total of 210 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were divided into control group(n=104)and observation group(n=106)according to random data table method.Control group was given Fuke Qianjin Tablet,while observation group was given bock greenbrier rhizome capsule and Fuke Qianjin Table.The treatment period of both groups lasted for 6weeks.Serum inflammatory factors,immune function and hemorheological index in both groups before and after 6weeks treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6and IL-8),immune function(CD3+,CD4+,CD8~+and CD4+/CD8+)and hemorheological index(low-cut/high-cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,FIB)in both groups were not statistical significant different(P>0.05);after treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,CD8+,low-cut/high-cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,FIB level were significantly lower than pre-treatment intra-group(P<0.05),moreover,these level in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05);CD3+,CD4~+and CD4+/CD8~+level in both groups after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment intra-group(P<0.05),and these levels in observation group after treatment was significantly higher than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bock greenbrier rhizome capsule combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablet has effect on serum inflammatory factors,immune function and hemorheological index in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation,and it is superior to those only using Fuke Qianjin Tablet.It is worthy of clinical application.
