目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮和中药结合治疗异位妊娠及后期生殖效果。方法:符合药物保守治疗条件的异位妊娠98例患者分为两组:观察组50例行MTX肌内注射并口服米非司酮加活血化淤类中药,对照组48例单用MTX肌内注射。观察两组血β-HCG下降情况及盆腔包块消长情况。并于月经复潮干净后3～7d行治疗性输卵管通液术,第2个月经周期行输卵管碘油造影术,半年后至2年内追踪调查受孕情况。结果:治愈率、输卵管畅通率、受孕率观察组分别是90.00%、84.62%和80.77%;对照组分别是58.33%、27.78%和16.67%。结论:中西医结合治疗异位妊娠疗效好、副反应少,其畅通率、受孕率得到明显提高。

Objective: To investigate the efficiency of integrative therapy,methotrexate and mifepristone on ectopic pregnancy and their influence on patients'reproductive capacity.Methods:A total of 98 patients with ectopic pregnancy that were eligible for conservative treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group(50 cases) was treated with intramuscular injection of MTX plus herbs for activating blood stasis;while the control group was given intramuscular injection of MTX.Decline in in serum β-HCG and pelvic mass growth status in the two groups were observed and compared.3-7 days after the first period of menstruation,tubal clearance surgery was applied,and tubal lipiodol angiography was conducted during the second period of menstruation.Pregnancy during the following half to 2 years were investigated.Results:Curative rate,tubal flow rate,and pregnancy rates of the observation group were 90%,84.62% and 80.77%;while the corresponding rate in the control group were 58.33%,27.78% and 16.67%.Conclusions:With advantages of good effects,less side effects,higher tubal flow rate,and pregnancy rates,integrative medicine is a good therapy for ectopic pregnancy.
