目的：探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子（Tumor Specific Growth Factor，TSGF）与恶性肿瘤之间的关系，为恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子的临床应用提供理论根据。方法：采用比色法对92例健康对照组的血清标本和125例恶性肿瘤患者及其中69例治疗后患者血清标本进行TSGF检测。结果：恶性肿瘤患者血清TSGF含量明显升高，且治疗好转后其含量和阳性率明显下降，其对恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感度为84．8％，特异性为96．7％，诊断正确率为89．9％。结论：血清恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子检测对恶性肿瘤的诊断、疗效观察、病情监测和预后判断有重要的临床价值。
Abstract：Objective： To investigate the possible relationship between Tumor Specific Growth Factor （TSGF） and malignant tumors in order to provide the theoretical basis for clinical application of TSGF． Method： The serum samples were detected from 92 cases of normal people and 125 cases of the patients suffering malignant tumor by colorimetry． The comparative analyses were done from 69 cases of the patients before and after treatment． Results： The levels of serum TSGF of the patients were significantly higher than that of the normal． The levels of serum TSGF of the patients were significantly decreased after treatment． The rates of sensitivity， specificity and accurate rate were 84．8％， 96．7％ and 89．95 respectively． Conclusion： The determination of serum TSGF level has important clinical values in the diagnosis of malignant tumor， in the observation of therapeutic effect and disease condition and in the judgement of prognosis ．
