目的:研究2型糖尿病患者全血铁、锌含量及其与糖脂代谢的相关性。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者作为T2DM组、健康体检者作为对照组,以血清铁、锌含量的中位数为标准将T2DM患者分为铁、锌偏低组和铁、锌偏高组,检测血清微量元素含量以及糖脂代谢指标。结果:T2DM组患者全血中铁的含量显著高于对照组、锌的含量显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),两组间铜、钙、镁的含量差异无统计学意义;铁偏高组患者的HbA1c%、Glucagon、HOMA-IR以及ApoB、ApoE、ApoM、Leptin、Vaspin的含量高于铁偏低组,血清Ins、GLP-1、GIP、ApoA1、APN含量以及HOMA-β低于铁偏低组(均P<0.05);锌偏高组患者的HbA1c%、Glucagon、HOMA-IR以及ApoB、ApoE、ApoM、Leptin、Vaspin的含量低于锌偏低组,血清Ins、GLP-1、GIP、ApoA1、APN含量以及HOMA-β高于锌偏低组(均P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清铁含量异常升高、锌含量异常降低,血清铁、锌含量与糖脂代谢密切相关。
Abstract:Objective:To study the blood iron and zinc levels in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus and their relationship with glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods:Patients with type 2diabetes mellitus were enrolled in T2 DM group and healthy people were enrolled in control group.T2 DM patients were divided into low iron and zinc group and high iron and zinc group by the median of serum iron and zinc contents as the standard.Serum trace elements contents and glucose and lipid metabolism indicators were detected.Results:T2DM patients' blood iron contents were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the zinc contents were significantly lower than the control group.Copper,calcium and magnesium contents had no significant difference between two groups of patients.HbA1c%,glucagon,HOMA-IR and apoB,apoE,ApoM,leptin and vaspin contents in high iron group were higher than those in low iron group,while serum insulin,GLP-1,GIP,ApoA1,APN and HOMA-βlevels were lower than those in low iron group.HbA1c%,glucagon,HOMA-IR,apoB,apoE,ApoM,leptin and vaspin contents in high zinc group were lower than those in low zinc group,while serum insulin,GLP-1,GIP,ApoA1,APN and HOMA-βlevels were higher than those in low zinc group.Conclusions:The serum iron level is abnormally high and the zinc content is abnormally low in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Serum iron and zinc levels are closely related to the glucose and lipid metabolism.
