目的:探讨左甲状腺素预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发的效果。方法:结节性甲状腺肿术后患者126例随机分为服药组(口服左甲状腺素片)83例和未服药组43例,比较两组术后复发率。结果:126例随访2年,未服药组复发率为9.3%,服药组无复发。结论:结节性甲状腺肿术后服用左甲状腺素能明显降低复发率。
Abstract：Objective:To investigate effect of levothyroxine on preventing postoperative recurrance of nodular goiter.Methods:Randomly divided 126 cases with nodular goiter surgery into trial group(83cases)and control group(43cases),then compared postoperative recurrance rate.Results:Two-year follow up showed that the recurrance rate of control group was 9.3%,while no recurrance occurred in the trial group.Conclusion:Levothyroxine can markedly decline postoperative recurrance of nodular goiter.
