目的:探讨多库酯钠联合莫沙比利治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的104例老年慢性功能性便秘患者随机分成A组(30例)、B组(32例)和C组(42例),A组予多库酯钠片口服治疗,B组予莫沙必利片口服治疗,C组采用联合用药治疗,3组疗程均为14d。结果:所有患者治疗两周后,A组、B组和C组的总有效率分别为76.67%、71.88%和92.86%,A组、B组和C组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多库酯钠联合莫沙比利治疗老年慢性功能性便秘疗效满意,不良反应少。

Objective: To integrative clinical efficacy of docusate sodium combined with mosapride in treatment of senile constipation.Methods:A total of 104 patients with this disease were randomly divided into three groups including group A(30 cases),group B(32 cases) and group C(42 cases) and were all treated for same course of 14 d.Group A only received docusate sodium treatment,patients in group B only received mosapride treatment,while others received docusate sodium combined with mosapride therapy.Results:After 14d of treatment,the total efficiency was 76.67%,71.88% and 92.86% for group A,B and C,respectively.Comparing with group A,B with group C there was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of senile constipation with docusate sodium and mosapride is an effective method and has a significant curative effect.
