目的:研究中医挂线疗法治疗肛瘘肛肠动力学的变化,为中医挂线疗法的推广使用提供依据。方法:选取2008年1月～2013年1月在我院接收的肛瘘患者共372例,将168例高位肛瘘随机分为观察组和对照组各84例,将204例低位肛瘘随机分为观察组和对照组各102例,分别记录及分析每组患者在治疗前后大收缩压(AMCP)、肛管最长收缩时间(ALCT)、肛管静息压(ARP)、直肠静息压(RRP)等指标。结果:低位肛瘘患者手术前后肛门动力学变化、AMCP及ALCT无统计学差异(P>0.05);手术前后RRP及ARP下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高位肛瘘患者手术前后肛门动力学变化、AMCP及ALCT无统计学差异(P>0.05);手术前后比较RRP及ARP下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医挂线疗法治疗肛瘘有实际临床意义,值得进行推广。
Abstract：Objective:To study the change of anorectal dynamics in anal fistula patients treated by TCM hanging line therapy.Methods:Selected 372anal fistula patients that admitted from January 2008to January 2013,of which 168high anal fistula patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group with 84cases in each group,204low anal fistula patients were also randomly divided into observation group and the control group with 102cases in each.Before and after treatment the anal longest contraction time(ALCT),large systolic blood pressure(AMCP),rectum(RRP)resting pressure,anal resting pressure(ARP)were recorded and compared.Results:For low Anal fistula patients,anal dynamics change,AMCP,and ALCT showed no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05);RRP and ARP decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Anal dynamics change high anal fistula patients,AMCP,and ALCT showed no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05);RRP and ARP decreased after treatment significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM hanging line therapy is effective on anal fistula and is worthy of promotion.
