目的:探讨延续性护理对糖尿病患者生存质量的影响。方法:选择2010年5月～2012年6月在我院收治的97例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据有无实施延续性护理模式将符合本研究纳入标准和排除标准的患者分为A组和B组,A组仅给予糖尿病常规护理,B组患者则给予在进行延续护理,比较两组患者生存质量。结果:两组患者生存质量均较前有所改善,B组患者的汉化版简明健康调查表中各维度指标得分均明显高于A组时(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理能够明显提高糖尿病患者生存质量,改善患者的预后。

Objective:To investigate the influence of nursing intervention measures on life quality of diabetes patients.Methods:The clinical data of ninety-seven diabetes patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2012 were collected,then they were divided into group A and group B according to whether they experienced nursing intervention measures under the guide of the continuity care mode or not.Group A were given conventional diabetes nursing measures while group B were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the continuity care mode,the life quality of diabetes patients of two groups were compared.Results:The life quality of diabetes patients of two groups were improved,but the quality of life index of group B were obviously better than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the continuity care mode can improve the life quality and prognosis of patients.
