目的:探讨成年男性特发性流出道室性心律失常患者血清雌二醇的变化及意义。方法:选取39例成年男性特发性流出道室性心律失常患者作为IOTVA组,另选39名年龄匹配的健康成年男性作为对照组,采用免疫发光仪检测两组人群睾酮、雌二醇和孕激素水平。心电监护观察24 h室性早搏平均数。结果:IOTVA组与对照组的睾酮和孕激素水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),IOTVA组的雌二醇水平(17.1±3.6)pg/mL显著低于对照组(35.2±4.9)pg/mL(P<0.05)。IOTVA组室性早搏数量明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。在IOTVA组中,室性早搏数目与雌二醇水平呈负相关(r=0.702,P<0.05)。结论:提示成年男性雌二醇水平降低且可能与IOTVA的发生相关。
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the change of serum estradiol adult male patients with idiopathic ventricular outflow tract arrhythmia.Methods: A total of 39 male adults with idiopathic ventricular outflow tract arrhythmia were selected as IOTVA group,and 39 healthy adults were selected as control.Serum sex hormonal levels including testosterone,estradiol and progestogen were measured by using immunoluminescence assay.The average count of PVCs(number/24 h) was assessed by 24 h electrocardiographic monitoring.Results: There were no differences in the levels of testosterone and progestogen between the IOTVA group and the control group(both P>0.05).However,the level of estradiol in the IOTVA group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(17.1 ± 3.6)pg/mL VS(35.2 ± 4.9) pg/mL,P<0.05].The average count of PVCs in the IOTVA group was significantly higher(P<0.05).And there was significantly negative correlation between the number of PVCs and the level of estradiol in the IOTVA group(r=0.702,P<0.05).Conclusions: The present study indicates that IOTVA may be associated with the reduction of estradiol level in adult male patients.
