目的:研究脑卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与神经功能损伤、动脉粥样硬化进程的相关性。方法:选择在我院诊断为缺血性脑卒中的患者并根据颈动脉超声检查分为中重度狭窄组(C组)、轻度狭窄组(B组)、无狭窄组(A组);选择同期体检的健康志愿者作为对照组。检测血清中同型半胱氨酸、神经功能损伤指标、动脉粥样硬化指标的含量。结果:C组、B组、A组患者血清中Hcy、S100B、NSE、UCH-L1、GFAP、FGF23、CD36、ox-LDL、MMP8、MMP9的含量显著高于对照组且颈动脉狭窄程度越重,血清中S100B、NSE、UCH-L1、GFAP、FGF23、CD36、ox-LDL、MMP8、MMP9的含量越高;Hcy升高的脑卒中患者血清中S100B、NSE、UCH-L1、GFAP、FGF23、CD36、ox-LDL、MMP8、MMP9的含量显著高于Hcy正常患者。结论:脑卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平升高与神经功能损伤、动脉粥样硬化进程密切相关。
Abstract:Objective:To study the correlation of serum homocysteine levels with nerve injury and atherosclerosis in patients with stroke.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed with ischemic stroke in our hospital were selected and then divided into moderate-severe stenosis group(group C),mild stenosis group(group B)and no stenosis group(group A)according to carotid artery ultrasonography;healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same period were chosen as control group.The serum levels of homocysteine,nerve injury indexes and atherosclerosis indexes were detected.Results:Serum Hcy,S100 B,NSE,UCH-L1,GFAP,FGF23,CD36,ox-LDL,MMP8 and MMP9levels of group C,group B and group A were significantly higher than those of control group,and the severer the carotid stenosis,the higher the serum S100 B,NSE,UCH-L1,GFAP,FGF23,CD36,ox-LDL,MMP8 and MMP9levels;serum S100 B,NSE,UCH-L1,GFAP,FGF23,CD36,ox-LDL,MMP8 and MMP9levels in stoke patients with high Hcy were significantly higher than those of patients with normal Hcy.Conclusion:Serum homocysteine levels increase in patients with stroke and are closely related to the nerve injury and atherosclerosis.
