目的:探讨腮腺沃辛瘤(Warthin′s瘤)区域性切除的临床效果。方法:20例腮腺沃辛瘤患者纳入试验组,行肿瘤及瘤体周围腺体区域性切除术。另选14例行肿瘤及腮腺浅叶切除术的腮腺沃辛瘤患者纳入对照组。比较两组临床疗效及术后涎瘘、面瘫、面部畸形及Frey综合征发生率。结果:均无肿瘤复发,试验组腮腺术区凹陷畸形不明显,腮腺分泌功能均基本正常;对照组有不同程度的腮腺区凹陷畸形,腮腺均无分泌功能。试验组术后腮腺瘘、面瘫、Frey综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗腮腺沃辛瘤,肿瘤及瘤体周围腺体区域性切除术优于肿瘤及腮腺浅叶切除术。

Objective: To evaluate the clinic effects of partial superficial parotidectomy on parotid Warthin′s tumor.Methods: The clinic effect and complication were compared between 20 patients with parotid Warthin′s tumors were assigned as experimental group and treated with removal of tumor and partial parotidectomy,14 randomly selected patients that underwent superficial parotidectomy were enrolled as control group.Clinical effects,incidence of salivary fistula,facial paralysis as well as Frey′s syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results: Recurrence was observed in neither groups,no obvious deformity was observed in the experiment group,and secretion of salivary gland were basically normal,while different degree of deformity and dysfunction of salivary gland were observed in the control group.Incidence of salivary fistula,facial paralysis and Frey′s syndrome were lower in the experiment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Removal of tumor and partial parotidectomy is more effective on Warthin′s tumor than superficial parotidectomy.
