目的:基于中医传承辅助平台分析张洪春教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的用药规律。方法:收集整理张洪春教授治疗慢阻肺稳定期患者的处方,对其进行频数统计、关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等分析。结果:共筛选出111诊次处方,包含中药100味,药性以温、寒、平为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经多归属于肺、脾、肝、肾经,提取药物核心组合34个,置信度为1的关联规则38条,得到新处方3个,核心处方为:当归15 g、太子参30 g、山茱萸15 g、五味子15 g、款冬花15 g、紫菀15 g、茯苓15 g、紫苏子15 g、紫苏叶15g、麻黄10 g、甘草3 g。结论:张洪春教授以补益肺脾肾为基本治法,兼以止咳化痰平喘、行气活血散瘀来治疗慢阻肺稳定期患者。

Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Professor Zhang Hongchun in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)during stable period based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System. Methods:The prescriptions of Professor Zhang Hongchun in treating stable COPD patients were collected and analyzed for their frequency statistics,association rules and complex system entropy clustering. Results:A total of 111 prescriptions were screened out,including 100 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,which were mainly warm,cold and mild in nature,and sweet,bitter and pungent in flavor. The meridians were mostly attributed to the lung,spleen,liver and kidney. A total of 34 core combinations of drugs were extracted,and 38 association rules with confidence level of one were obtained. Moreover,3 new prescriptions were obtained. The core prescriptions included:Angelicae sinensis radix(15 g),Radix pseudostellariae(30 g),Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.(15 g),Schisandrae chinensis fructus(15 g),Farfarae flos(15 g),Asteris radix et rhizoma(15 g),Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf(15 g),Perillae fructus(15 g),Perilla frutescens(15 g),Ephedra herba(10 g),and licorice(3 g).Conclusion:Professor Zhang Hongchun's treatment methods of stable COPD patients are to invigorate the lung,spleen and kidney,stop cough,eliminate phlegm and asthma,promote Qi,activate blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis.
