目的:探讨切开复位股骨髁支撑钢板内固定配合中药治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:30例股骨远端骨折患者采用切开复位股骨髁支撑钢板内固定配合中药内服局部熏洗并加强功能锻炼的方法治疗,经随访,进行回顾性分析。结果:按kolment功能评价标准优14例,良13例,可2例,差1例,优良率为90%。结论:采用股骨髁支撑钢板内固定配合中药治疗股骨远端骨折疗效可靠,功能恢复较好。
Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of distal femoral fracture with open reduction and internal fixation with condylar buttress plates combined with the TCM therapy.Methods:30 cases of distal femoral fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with condylar buttress plates,combined with herbal oral administration and local fumigation and washing.Then employed enhanced functional exercise and follow-up.Results:according to the Kolment scale,The results were excellent in 14cases,good in 13 normal in 2,and poor in 1.The excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion:It has reliable effect and good function recovery to treat distal femoral fracture with condylar buttress plates combined with the TCM therapy.
