目的:探讨高频彩超诊断儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床意义。方法:对65例诊断为肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿依次扫查中上腹、脐周、左右下腹等肠系膜分布区,重点检查脐周和右下腹,观察并记录淋巴结数量、形态、大小、边缘及内部回声,测量淋巴结的长径、短径,用彩色多普勒观察内部血供情况,经抗炎治疗后进行复查,比较治疗前后淋巴结的大小、数目及内部血流的变化。结果:肠系膜淋巴结均有不同程度的肿大,血流信号显示丰富,经抗炎治疗后淋巴结明显减少和缩小,其内血流信号也明显减少。结论:高频彩超在儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断及治疗后随访中具有较高的临床价值。

Objective:To explore the value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:Examined upper and middle abdomen,peripheral umbilicus,upper abdomen,especially peripheral umbilicus,upper right abdomen of 65 children with confirmed mesentery lymphadenitis,observed and recorded amount,shape,size,edge status and inner resonance of lymph nodes.Determined long diameter and short diameter of lymph nodes,and observed inner blood supply.Reexamined after anti-inflammation therapy,and compared the amount,size and change of inner blood flow of lymph nodes before and after treatment.Results:All mesentery lymph nodes had swollen with different degree,and had affluent sign of blood flow.After anti-inflammation treatment,amount of lymph nodes significantly decreased,and the size declined with weakened blood flow sign.Conclusion:High frequency color doppler ultrasound is valuable in diagnosing pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis and examination in follow-up.
