目的:探讨充血性心衰患者血清肌钙蛋白、心肌酶谱的变化规律。方法:选取本院58例充血性心衰患者为观察组,另外将58例体检结果显示健康人员选为对照组,将两组人员的血清肌钙蛋白、心肌酶谱进行检测与比较,另外将观察组中轻度、中度与重度者的检测结果进行比较,并分析上述检测指标与充血性心衰的相关性。结果:观察组的血清肌钙蛋白、心肌酶谱均高于对照组,重度患者高于轻度与中度患者,中度患者高于轻度患者,且其与充血性心衰有密切相关性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:充血性心衰患者血清肌钙蛋白、心肌酶谱水平较高,且越严重者水平越高。

Objective:To investigate the variation of serum troponin and myocardial enzyme spectrum in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods:A total of 58patients with congestive heart failure treated in our hospital from December 2011to April 2013were selected as observation group,58health personal were the control group,then the serum troponin and myocardial enzyme spectrum of two groups were compared,and within the observation group,the detection results of mild,moderate and severe patients were compared too,then the correction between those items and congestive heart failure was analyzed.Results:The serum troponin and myocardial enzyme spectrum of observation group were all higher than those of control group.Within observation group,the detection results of severe patients were higher than those of mild and moderate patients,the detection results of mild patients were higher than those of mild patients.Detection results and congestive heart failure was closely correlated with each other(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The serum troponin and myocardial enzyme spectrum of patients with congestive heart failure are high,and those levels increased with severity of the disease.
