目的：通过Meta分析综合评价中药复方对脊髓损伤术后脊髓神经功能恢复的疗效。方法：自各数据库建立之日起至2023年12月，利用计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普与CBM。Meta分析过程根据PRISMA指南进行，并在PROSPERO数据库中登记（CRD42023462686）。使用Cochrane Library提供的RevMan 5.4软件进行荟萃分析。结果：最终纳入30项RCT，共2 166名患者。Meta分析结果显示，与手术+常规治疗相比，联用中药复方可有效提高Asia运动评分（MD 9.12; 95%CI 7.71, 10.53; P<0.01）,Asia感觉评分（MD 8.10; 95%CI 6.61, 9.59; P<0.01），日常生活活动能力评分（MD 7.87; 95%CI 5.74, 10.00; P<0.01），促进脊髓损伤恢复（RR 1.29; 95%CI 1.21,1.37; P<0.01），降低不良事件的发生（RR 0.36; 95%CI 0.20, 0.66; P<0.01）。结论：中药复方可通过改善脊髓损伤术后的运动与感觉功能，提高生活质量，降低不良事件的发生，进而促进脊髓损伤术后的脊髓功能恢复。手术联合中药复方治疗脊髓损伤可能获得更好的疗效。
Abstract：Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine compound on spinal cord function recovery after spinal cord injury surgery through meta-analysis. Methods: From the date of establishment of each database to December 2023,we used computers to search PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and CBM. The meta-analysis process was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines and registered in the PROSPERO database. RevMan 5.4 software provided by Cochrane Library was used for meta-analysis.Results: 30 RCTs were ultimately included, with a total of 2 166 patients. The meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional and surgical treatment, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions can effectively improve Asia motor score [MD=9.12, 95%CI=(7.71, 10.53), P<0.01], Asia sensory score [MD=8.10, 95% CI=(6.61, 9.59), P<0.01], daily living ability score [MD=7.87, 95% CI=(5.74, 10.00), P<0.01], promote spinal cord injury recovery [RR= 1.29, 95% CI=(1.21, 1.37), P<0.01],and reduce the occurrence of complications [RR= 0.36, 95% CI=(0.20, 0.66), P<0.01]. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine compound can improve motor and sensory function, improve quality of life, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and promote the recovery of spinal cord function after spinal cord injury surgery. Surgical therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound therapy may achieve better treatment outcomes for spinal cord injury.
