目的:评价洗必泰、双氧水2种龈下冲洗液作为牙周基础治疗的辅助疗法对成人慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取门诊就诊的15例(45颗患牙)中、重度慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为3组,进行龈下刮治/根面平整后,分别用0.12%洗必泰(洗必泰组),3%双氧水(双氧水组)行牙周袋内冲洗,另外1组作为空白对照。术后连续4周每周冲洗1次,术前、术后6周分别检测探诊后出血(BOP)和牙周探诊深度(PD)。结果:术后6周复查,洗必泰、双氧水及对照组BOP分别降低85.54%7、7.76%和68.87%,各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PD分别减少1.93、1.571、.42 mm,洗必泰组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:含抗菌成分的龈下冲洗液有助于改善牙周组织的炎症状态,可辅助提高牙周基础治疗在中、重度慢性牙周炎中的疗效。

Objective:To compare the effect of two subgingival irrigation as adjunctive therapies in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:A total of 15 outpatients with moderate or advanced periodontitis were randomly divided into 3 groups.After subgingival scaling/root planning,teeth in two groups were irrigated by 0.12% chlorhexidine(CHX) and 3% hydrogen peroxide(HP),and the rest one was control one.Bleeding on probing(BOP) and probing depth(PD) were measured before SS/RP as the baseline and six weeks after the treatment.Results:Six weeks after surgery,BOP reduction were 85.54%,77.76% and 68.87%,respectively in 0.12% CHX,3% HP and control group,without significant difference among these groups(P>0.05).PD reduction was 1.93 mm,1.57 mm and 1.42 mm,respectively,and 0.12% CHX group had significantly higher PD than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Subgingival irrigation with 0.12% chlorhexidine combined with SS/RP can improve gingival inflammation status in treating moderate or advanced periodontitis.
