目的:研究新辅助化疗在胃癌患者中的应用效果,并探讨其对疾病相关指标的影响。方法:选取于本院进行术前新辅助化疗的42例胃癌患者为观察组,同期直接进行常规手术治疗的42例患者为对照组,然后将两组的R0切除率及治疗前后的血清疾病相关指标进行比较。结果:观察组中Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期患者的R0切除率均分别高于对照组Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期患者,而术后4周及12周的血清疾病相关指标也均明显低于对照组,且低于治疗前,两组治疗后的评估指标之间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗在胃癌患者中的应用效果较好,且对疾病相关指标的影响也更大。

Objective:To investigate effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer,and to analyze its influence on disease related indexes.Methods:A total of 42patients with gastric cancer who were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2011to March 2013 were selected as observation group,and 42cases who were treated with routine operation were enrolled as control group,then the total effective rates and serum disease related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results:For stageⅢand stageⅣpatients in the two groups,the total effective rates of observation group were significant higher than those of control group;while for stageⅢ and stageⅣ patients,serum disease related indexes at forth and twelfth week after the operation were all significantly lower than those of control group,and those indexes were all lower than those before undergoing the treatment(Pall<0.05).After treatment,evaluated indexes of two groups were all significant different from each other.Conclusion:The application effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer is better,and it has greater influence on the disease related indexes.
