目的:探讨胶原酶联合臭氧及靶点射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组采用胶原酶联合臭氧及靶点射频热凝术治疗,对照组盘内注射臭氧加靶点射频治疗。结果:本组资料显示,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胶原酶联合臭氧及靶点射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of combination therapy of collagenase,ozone and radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods: A total of 120 cases with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half.Cases in observation group were treated by combination therapy of collagenase,ozone and radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation,while cases in control group were treated by ozone and radiofrequency and target ablation.Results: Total efficacy was significantly higher in observation group(P<0.01).VAS score was decreased in two groups after treatment,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: Combination therapy of collagenase,ozone and radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation is effective on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,and deserves extensive clinical application.
