目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性湿疹的效果。方法:选择我院收治的慢性湿疹患者144例,随机分为观察组(72例)和对照组(72例),对照组口服氯雷他定,局部外用卤米松乳膏;观察组在此基础上应用中药治疗,包括茯苓8g、地肤子15g、牡丹皮10g、白鲜皮8g、黄柏9g、栀子9g、赤芍8g、当归8g、炙甘草6g、龙胆草4g,加水煎服;1周为1个疗程,共观察4个疗程。比较两组患者治疗效果及Athens睡眠量表评分。结果:观察组治愈19例,显效27例,有效21例,无效5例,总有效率为93.06%;对照组治愈13例,显效22例,有效16例,无效21例,总有效率为70.83%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗4周后,两组Athens睡眠量表评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性湿疹效果较好,具有临床应用价值。

Objective: to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic eczema value of clinical application.Methods: the diagnosis and treatment of choice in 144 cases of chronic eczema,according to random principle divided into trial group and control group,in the patients oral application loratadine,local topical halogen cream loperamide.The observation group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine application treatment,including 8 g to skin,poria cocos son 15 g,paeonia suffruticosa 10 g,shaggy fruited dittany 8 g,cortex phellodendri 9 g,gardenia 9 g,8 g,angelica root 8 g,roasted liquorice 6 g,4 g,LongDanCao water for clothing,1 w,were observed for 1 treatment 4 treatment.Compare two sets of patients treatment effect and Athens sleep rating scale.Results:1.Observation groups of patients 19 cases were cured,and improve the effective 27 patients,improve 21 cases,invalid in 5 patients,and the effective rate was 93.06%;In the patients in 13 patients were cured,and improve the effective 22 cases,improve 16 cases effectiveness and 21 cases,the effective rate was 70.83%,the observation group treatment effect was better than control group(P<0.01).2.Treatment 4 w,the two groups of patients Athens sleep scale scores are significantly lower than before,and the treatment of statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group patients after 4 w Athens sleep rating scale for 7.3 + /-2.1 mean,compared with the control statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema effect,has high value of clinical application.
