泌尿生殖道炎症患者支原体感染体外耐药性分析

摘要:

目的:为了解我院泌尿生殖道炎症患者支原体感染及体外耐药情况。方法:从348例患者的尿道和宫颈留取标本进行体外培养和药敏试验。结果:120例支原体培养阳性,其中单纯解脲支原体感染占81.7%,单纯人型支原体感染占5.8%,混合感染占12.5%,女性75例,男性45例,药敏结果显示支原体对四环素、乙酰螺旋霉素、红霉素耐药率较高,分别为61.7%、71.7%、73.3%,对强力霉素、美满霉素较敏感。结论:泌尿生殖道炎症患者支原体感染以解脲支原体为主,女性较男性容易感染,耐药情况较为严重,并出现多重耐药现象,提示临床医生应根据药敏结果合理用药。

Abstract:

Objective:To study the antibiotic resistance of Mycoplasma in the urogenital track of the patients.Method:348specimens were colleted from urethras or cervices and were cultured and tested for drug sensitivities.Results:There were120patients who had mycoplasma in the urogenital track,75of them were female and45were male.The simple infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)was in81.7%of the positive patients,the simple infection of Mycoplasma hominis was5.8%,the mixed was12.5%.The result of antimicrobial susceptibility showed that resistance of mycoplasma to Tetracycline,Acelospiramycin,Erythromycine was very high,the antibiotic rates of them were61.7%、71.7%、73.3%respectively.Mycoplasm was sensitive to Doxycycline and Minocycline.Conclusion:the infection of mycoplasma in the urogenital track was mostly infected by Uu,especially in female,whose resistance to antibiotics was very serious and many kinds of resistance were tacking place,which suggested that clinical doctors should treat patients with antibiotics according to the drug sensitivity test.
