重组人血管内皮抑制素对非小细胞肺癌患者治疗效果、血管新生、肿瘤细胞增殖及迁移的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨重组人血管内皮抑制素对非小细胞肺癌患者治疗效果、血管新生、肿瘤细胞增殖及迁移的影响。方法:选择我院收治的100例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合恩度治疗。观察比较两组癌症治疗效果[包括细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA50)]、血管新生[包括血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)]、肿瘤细胞增殖[包括胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子受体-7(IGFBP-7)]及迁移[包括高迁移率族蛋白AT-hook2(HMGA2)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)]相关指标的表达水平。结果:两组研究对象在治疗效果、血管新生、肿瘤细胞增殖及迁移方面变化明显。治疗前,两组各项水平比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CY-FRA21-1、CEA、CA50、VEGF、HIF-1α、IGF-1、HMGA2及HMGB1水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),IGFBP-7水平则较治疗前显著升高(P <0.05);且治疗后观察组CYFRA21-1、CEA、CA50、VEGF、HIF-1α、IGF-1、HMGA2及HMGB1水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.05),IGFBP-7水平则较对照组升高明显(P<0.05)。结论:重组人血管内皮抑制素可增强对非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果,减少血管新生,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖及迁移。

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the effects of recombinant human endostatin on therapeutic effect,angiogenesis,tumor cell proliferation and migration in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:100 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gemcitabine plus cisplatin,while the observation group was combined with Endostar treatment on the basis of the control group.Observed and compared the expression of the therapeutic effect[including cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)and carbohydrate antigen (CA50)],angiogenesis[including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)and hypoxia inducible factor (HIF-1 alpha)],tumor cell proliferation[including insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)and insulin-like growth factor receptor-7 (IGFBP-7)]and migration[including high mobility group protein AT-hook2 (HMGA2)and high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1)]in two groups.Results:The two groups showed significant changes in the therapeutic effect,angiogenesis,proliferation and migration of tumor cells.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in all levels between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CYFRA21-1,CEA,CA50,VEGF,HIF-1 a,IGF-1,HMGA2 and HMGB1 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),while the levels of IGFBP-7 were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CYFRA21-1,CEA,CA50,VEGF,HIF-1 a,IGF-1,HMGA2 and HMGB1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),while the levels of IGFBP-7 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Recombinant human endostatin can enhance the therapeutic effect of non-small cell lung cancer patients,reduce angiogenesis,inhibit tumor cell proliferation and migration
