目的:探讨炎琥宁治疗对支原体肺炎患儿血清炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:110例小儿支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗,治疗12d,对两组患儿血清炎性指标及免疫功能指标进行比较。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患儿血清促炎因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ),抗炎因子白介素-13(IL-13)水平均显著降低,抗炎因子白介素-2(IL-2)和免疫功能指标CD4+、IgG均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ和IL-13水平显著低于对照组,IL-2和免疫功能指标CD4+显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后免疫功能指标IgG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者血清抗炎因子、促炎因子,调节免疫功能。
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of Yanhuning on the serum inflammatory cytokines and immunological function of children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Method:A total of 110 children with MP were randomly divined into observed group(treated with azithromycin and Yanhuning)and control group(only treated with azithromycin)with 55 cases,respectively.They were treated for 12 d.Serum inflammatory cytokines and immunological indexes were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,serum levels of inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6,IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-13)were significantly decreased,and immune function indicators(CD4+,IgG)of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).When compared with those of control group,serum levels of inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α,IL-6,IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-13 were significantly lower;and immune function indicators of CD4+was significantly higher,while IgG level showed no significant difference.Conclusions:Yanhuning is effective in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and can effectively improve patients' serum inflammatory factors and immunological function indexes.
