目的:探讨1/3管状接骨板结合T形接骨板治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折的方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析2004年3月～2009年9月经手术治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折31例患者的临床资料。结果:31例患者均获得随访,随访时间1～3.4年,平均1年6个月,骨折全部愈合,膝关节功能恢复满意。按照Ly-sholon评分标准:优15例,良14例,可1例,差1例。结论:1/3管状接骨板结合T形接骨板治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折,骨折达到解剖复位,固定牢靠,术后可行早期功能锻炼,膝关节功能恢复满意。
Abstract：Objective:To explore the method and observe the clinical outcomes of treating double-condylar fracture of tibial plateau with 1/3tubular plate and T-shaped plate.Methods:Data of thirty-one patients with doublecondylar fracture of tibial plateau that underwent surgery treatment by 1/3 tubular plate and T-shaped plate during Mar.2004 to Sept.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:An average length of 18 months follow up ranging from 1-3.4 years that were conducted on these patients showed that fractures all recovered with satisfied knee function.Lysholon Score assessment showed excellent outcomes in 15 cases,good in 14 cases,ok in 1 case,and poor in 1 case.Conclusions:With satisfied knee recovery and possibility of early functional exercise,1/3 tubular plate together with T-shaped plate is a reliable intenal fixation for double-condylar fracture of tibial plateau.
