目的:探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗感染性腹泻的疗效及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:在本院接受治疗的感染性腹泻患者130例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组:甲磺酸左氧氟沙星治疗。观察组:给予甲磺酸左氧氟沙星治疗,并应用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊口服治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后3、7、10d,观察组CRP、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组腹痛症状消失时间、腹泻症状消失时间以及体温恢复正常的时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗感染性腹泻疗效显著,能有效缓解患者炎症反应,提高机体免疫力,促进患者症状的缓解。

Objective:To investigate the effects of combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules for infectious diarrhea and its influence on serum C reaction protein.Methods:A total of 130 cases of infectious diarrhea treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases in each.Control group was treated with Pefloxacin mesylate.The observation group was treated with Pefloxacin mesylate and the application of combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules oral.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.92% higher than that of the control group(81.54%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 3,7,10 dof treatment,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6levels of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The symptoms of abdominal pain,diarrhea symptoms disappear time,body temperature returned to normal time of the observation group were less than that of the control group showing with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combined use of Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules is effective on infectious diarrhea,it can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reaction,improve immunity,promote the remission of symptoms.
