目的:评价强脉冲光治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:120例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为两组:治疗组60例,采用YK-IPL560光子治疗仪治疗,每2周1次,5次为1个疗程;对照组60例,外用他扎罗汀乳膏,每晚用药1次,8周为1个疗程。分别记录两组患者治疗前、后粉刺、丘疹、脓疮、结节的皮损数量,观察皮损消退的情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组痊愈11例,显效27例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率为93.3%。对照组痊愈9例,显效18例,有效16例,无效17例,总有效率为71.7%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:YK-IPL560光子治疗仪治疗轻中度炎性痤疮对痤疮疤痕、色素沉着、毛孔粗大等皮肤改善的效果较好,舒适安全,易于操作,患者耐受性好。

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of intense pulsed light for the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The treatment group was treated with YK-IPL560 therapy apparatus,once every two weeks,5 times as a course.The control group was treated with topical application of tazarotene cream,once per night,8 weeks as a course.Skin lesions including number of acne,pimples,boils,nodules and its progression were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:Eleven cases in the treatment groups were cured,27 cases showed obvious therapeutic effects,18 cases showed effects while 4 cases showed no response to the treatment;in the control group,the corresponding number was 9,18,16 and 17 cases.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.1%,significant higher than the 71.1% of the control group(P<0.01),indicating the effects of the treatment group was better.Conclusions:Being easy to be operated,and well tolerated to patients,YK-IPL560 therapy apparatus shows good effects for treating mild to moderate inflammatory acne,acne scars,pigmentation,and enlarged pores.
