目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的CVA患儿100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗,对照组给予布地奈德吸入治疗,两组均治疗3个月,观察治疗前后两组症状积分、肺功能改善情况,并对比两组咳嗽缓解、消失时间、平均治疗时间及治疗1年后复发情况。结果:两组治疗后症状积分、肺功各项指标能均较治疗前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组症状积分、肺功能改善较对照组更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽缓解、消失时间、平均治疗时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗1年后复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿CVA,可有效缓解患儿哮喘症状,缩短治疗时间,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium in combined with budesonide in treating infantile cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:A total of 100 children with CVA admitted in our hospital from January,2013 to December,2013 were enrolled in our study and randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The children in the treatment group received the combination treatment of montelukast sodium and budesonide,while the children in the control group were given budesonide inhalation therapy.The children in the two groups were treated for 3 weeks.The improvements of symptom scores and lung function in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The cough relieving and disappearing time,the average treatment time,and the recurrence one year after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The symptom scores and various indicators of lung function in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the improvement of symptom scores and lung function in the treatment group was more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cough relieving and disappearing time,and the average treatment time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate one year after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Montelukast sodium in combined with budesonide in treating infantile CVA can effectively alleviate the asthma symptom,and shorten the treatment time with an accurate curative effect.
