目的:探讨激光联合康柏西普治疗对糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)患者血清细胞因子及氧化产物的影响。方法:收集2014年6月~2017年1月间本院收治的DR患者118例,分为接受激光治疗对照组患者60例,接受激光联合康柏西普治疗的观察组患者58例。对比两组患者的治疗前后血清中血管生成相关指标、炎症因子、氧化代谢产物等含量差异。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清中血管生成相关指标、炎症因子、氧化代谢产物含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清中血管生成相关指标胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、红细胞生成素(EPO)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、成纤维生长因子(bFGF)的含量低于对照组患者;炎症因子白介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-8的含量低于对照组患者;氧化代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)、晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPPs)、脂质过氧化氢(LHP)、活性氧(ROS)含量低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:激光联合康柏西普治疗可有效抑制DR眼部血管新生,并降低全身炎症及氧化应激反应。
Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of Laser combined with Conbercept on serum cytokines and oxidation products in diabetic retinopathy(DR)patients.Methods:A total of 118 cases of DR patients in our hospital during June 2014 to January 2017 were chosen as research subject,all patients were divided into control group(n=60)underwent laser treatment only and observation group(n=58)underwent laser combined with Conbercept treatment.Serum contents of angiogenesis related indicators,inflammatory factors,oxidative metabolites between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant difference between two groups in serum contents of angiogenesis related indicators,inflammatory factors and oxidative metabolites(P>0.05).After treatment,serum contents of vascular related indexes such as IGF-1,VEGF,EPO,TGF-β,bFGF in observation group were lower than those in control group;inflammatory factors such as IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 were lower than those in control group;contents of oxidative metabolites scuh as MDA,AOPPs,LHP,ROS were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Combination of laser and conbercept in DR patients can effectively inhibit angiogenesis and reduce systemic inflammation and oxidative stress.
