目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对胰腺癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:35例胰腺癌患者接受HIFU治疗,观察临床疗效,比较治疗前、后患者Karnofsky生活质量评分和血清VEGF水平的变化。结果:35例胰腺癌患者治疗后总有效率为54.29%;Karnofsky生活质量评分有显著提高,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);血清VEGF表达下调,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:HIFU能够控制肿瘤进展,改善胰腺癌患者生活质量,可下调血清VEGF表达水平,干预血管生成,不良反应轻微。

Objective: To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patients with pancreatic neoplasm.Methods: A total of 35 patients with pancreatic neoplasm were treated with HIFU.Therapeutic effect was determined at the end of treatment.Karnofsky score of quality of life and the levels of serum VEGF were measured before and after therapy in all patients.Results: The total effective rate after treatment was 54.29%.Karnofsky score of quality of life had significantly improved after treatment.There were significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.001).Levels of serum VEGF were obviously decreased after treatment.There were significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.001).Conclusions: HIFU can control tumor development,improve quality of patients′ life.It can suppress angiogenesis by decreasing levels of serum VEGF,and is of little adverse reaction.
