目的:探讨舒必利合并米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:将86例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各43例,研究组选用舒必利合并米氮平治疗,对照组单用米氮平治疗,分别于治疗的第0、2、4、6周使用HRSD量表评定疗效。结果:治疗6周后,研究组痊愈9例,显著进步15例,进步17例,无效2例,显效率55.8%,有效率95.3%;对照组痊愈5例,显著进步13例,进步19例,无效6例,显效率41.9%,有效率86.0%,研究组疗效显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);两组HRSD量表评分比较,研究组在治疗第4、6周时减分率较对照组显著下降(P均>0.05);两组治疗过程不良反应TESS分值没有明显差异(P均>0.05)。结论:舒必利合并米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症安全有效。

Objective:To study effect of sulpiride combined with mirtazapine on the treatment of refractory depression.Methods:A total of 86 patients with refractory depression were randomly divided into study group and control group with 43 cases in each group.Patients in study group were given sulpiride combined with mirtazapine treatment,while patients in the control group were only treated with mirtazapine,respectively.The efficacy was measured on 0W,2W,4W,6W using HRSD scale effect.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,9 cases were cured,15 cases were significantly improved,17 cases were improved,and 2 cases were invalid in the study group;the significant efficiency was 55.8%,and efficacy was 95.3%.In the control group 1 case was cured,13 cases were significantly improved,19 cases improved,6 cases were invalid;the significant efficiency was 41.9%,and efficiency was 86.0%.Efficacy of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);HRSD score of study group at 4W,6W were significant decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TESS score between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Sulpiride with mirtazapine is safe and effective in the treatment of refractory depression.
