目的:对营养泵改善重症肺炎机械通气者免疫力的效果进行观察与分析。方法:2010年1月～2011年9月选取40例重症肺炎机械通气患者且根据随机数字表法按照1∶1比例将其随机分为营养泵营养支持组(观察组)和一般营养支持组(对照组),同时对两组研究对象CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、总蛋白、血红蛋白、IgG、IgM、IgA水平进行检测和记录,且将所得数据进行整理与统计学处理分析。结果:观察组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+在营养支持前、后分别相比P<0.01,对照组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+在营养支持前、后分别相比P<0.05,而在营养支持后两组研究对象CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平相比P<0.05;观察组总蛋白、血红蛋白、IgG、IgM、IgA含量在营养支持前、后相比P<0.05,对照组相比P>0.05;营养支持后两组患者总蛋白、血红蛋白、IgM、IgA分别相比③P<0.05。结论:重症肺炎机械通气者采取营养泵支持方案对改善患者营养状况及提高机体免疫力至关重要。

Objective: To observe the effects of nutrition pump on immune function of severe pneumonia patients supported by mechanical ventilation.Methods: From January 2010 to September 2011,40 cases of severe pneumonia patients supported by mechanically ventilation were selected,and were randomly divided into nutritional pump group(observation group) and general nutrition group(control group).CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,total protein,hemoglobin,IgG,IgM,IgA levels were detected and compared.Results: The differences in CD3+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ levels of patients in two group were significant before and after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05;after treatment,the differences in CD3+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significant between groups(P<0.05).The differences in total protein,hemoglobin,IgG,IgM,IgA levels were significant different before and after treatment in observation group(P<0.05),but the difference was not significant in control group(P>0.05);after treatment,these differences were significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: Nutrition pump can improve nutrition status and immunological function of severe pneumonia patients supported by mechanical ventilation.
