目的:探讨痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:急性支气管炎患儿80例随机分为两组,对照组40例予常规抗感染、抗病毒、止咳祛痰等治疗;治疗组40例在常规治疗基础上,加用痰热清注射液0.5～1 mL.kg-1.d-1静脉滴注,疗程7 d,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈34例,好转5例,未愈1例,总有效率为97.5%;对照组治愈27例,好转8例,未愈5例,总有效率为87.8%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To discuss clinical effects of Tanreqing injection in treating pediatric acute bronchitis.Methods: 80 cases of pediatric acute bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional therapy methods such as anti-infection,anti-viral,eliminating phlegm and stopping cough were given in control group(40 cases) and the treatment group in which 40 cases received Tanreqing injection 0.5～1 mL·kg-1 ·d-1(intravenous drip) on the basis of above conventional therapy,with a course of 7 days.To compare the difference between the two group.Results: In the treatment group,34 cases were cured,5 cases were upturned and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.5%;in the control group,27 cases were cured,8 cases were upturned and 5 cased were uneffective,The total effective rate was 87.8%.the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group remarkably(P<0.05).Conclusion: The use of Tanreqing injection is safe and effective in the treatment of pediatric acute bronchitis,which is worth spreading.
