四维彩超对胎儿畸形及智力发育的诊断价值研究

摘要:

目的:研究四维彩超对胎儿畸形及智力发育的临床诊断价值。方法:选取于本院进行检查的600例孕妇为研究对象,将其分别采用四维彩超及二维彩超进行检查,然后将两种检查方法的各类畸形正确诊断率及颈部半透明带厚度情况进行比较,同时比较两种检查方法的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、特异度及敏感度。结果:四维彩超对于各类畸形的正确诊断率均高于二维彩超,且NT值的检测结果准确率也高于二维彩超,同时其阳性预测值、阴性预测值、特异度及敏感度也均高于二维彩超,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四维彩超对胎儿畸形及智力发育的临床诊断价值相对较高,对于产前筛查的应用价值相对更高。

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal malformations and intelligence development.Methods:A total of 600 pregnant women underwent regular check in our hospital were selected.All women underwent both two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound,then accuracy of detecting various malformations,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,specificity and sensitivity of two detection methods were compared too.Results:The correct diagnosis rate of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for various malformation were all higher than those of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound,and the correct diagnosis rate of NT detection results were higher than those of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound too.The positive predictive value,negative predictive value,specificity and sensitivity were all significant higher than those of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound(Pall<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in detecting fetal malformations and intelligence development are relatively higher,so its application value in prenatal screening are relatively higher.
