目的:比较传统活髓切断术和部分活髓切断术治疗年轻恒牙冠折露髓的效果。方法:将48颗冠折露髓的年轻恒牙随机分为两组,传统活髓切断术组24颗,部分活髓切断术组24颗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:传统活髓切断术组成功23颗牙(95.83%),失败1颗牙(4.17%);部分活髓切断术组成功22颗牙(91.67%),失败2颗牙(8.13%),两组成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:部分活髓切断术是治疗年轻恒牙冠折露髓后促进牙根发育的有效方法。
Abstract：Objective: To compare the effect of traditional pulptomy and partial pulptomy in young permanent incisors with complicated crown fracture.Methods: 40 patients with 48 young permanent incisors with complicated fracture were treated by partial pulptomy or traditional pulptomy randomly.They were followed up timely.Results: The successful rates of partial pulptomy group and traditional pulptomy group were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusions: Partial pulptomy is an alternative method for treating young permanent incisors with complicated crown fracture.
