目的:探讨他克莫司软膏联合糠酸莫米松软膏治疗儿童湿疹,对患儿血清炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:122例湿疹患儿依据随机数据表法分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=64),对照组患儿给予0.1%糠酸莫米松软膏治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上给予0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗,两组均治疗3周,比较治疗前后血清炎性因子及免疫功能指标水平。结果:治疗前,两组的白介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-5、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平比较相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。炎性因子水平比较,治疗后,两组的IL-2、INF-γ水平均显著高于组内治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-4、IL-5水平均显著下降,观察组水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。免疫功能指标水平检测显示,对照组治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平无显著变化(P>0.05);观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+水平均较治疗前显著上升,均显著高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),CD8+水平显著降低,且明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:他克莫司联合糠酸莫米松治疗儿童湿疹,可有效调节血清炎性因子水平,改善免疫功能,具有一定的临床价值。
Abstract：Objective:To investigate Tacrolimus Ointment combined with mometasone furoate ointment in the treatment of infantile eczema,effects of serum inflammatory factors and immune function in children.Methods:A total of 122 cases of children with eczema were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=64)according to the random data table.The control group was treated with 0.1% mometasone furoate ointment;on the basis of the control group,patients in the observation group were treated with 0.03% Tacrolimus Ointmentthe.Two groups were treated for 3weeks,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,INF-γ,CD3+,CD4+,CD8~+andCD4+/CD8~+in the two groups before treatment were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of the levels of inflammatory factors after treatment:levels of IL-2and INF-γin the two groups were significantly higher than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group levels were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The levels of IL-4and IL-5in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of immune function index level:the level of CD3+,CD4+,CD8~+and CD4+/CD8~+in the control group had no significant difference before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,levels of CD3+,CD4~+and CD4+/CD8~+in the observation group were significantly increased and higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the level of CD8~+was significantly lower than that in the group before treatment,significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus combined with mometasone furoate in treatment of infantile eczema,can effectively regulate the serum levels of inflammatory factors,improve immune function,and has certain clinical value.
