目的:探究正常成人超声心动图测量指标与体表面积的关系。方法:采用多阶段抽样的方法选取639例正常成年人作为研究对象,测量其身高、体重用于计算体表面积,并进行超声心动图测量多项指标,将体表面积与各项超声心动图指标进行线性回归分析。结果:研究对象的体表面积与各项超声心动图测量指标之间均有良好的线性关系(P<0.05)。结论:体表面积是正常成人超声心动图测量指标的重要影响因素,应根据体表面积将超声心动图测量指标的正常参考值进行标准化,以满足临床诊疗的需求。
Abstract:Objective: To explore relationship between indexes of ultrasonic cardiogram and body surface area in normal adults.Methods: A total of 639 normal adults were selected by multistage sampling.Height and weight was measured to calculate body surface area,and several indexes of ultrasonic cardiogram were detected.The relationship between indexes of ultrasonic cardiogram and body surface area was analyzed by linear-regression analysis.Results: Indexes of ultrasonic cardiogram had good linear relation with body surface area(P<0.05).Conclusions: Body surface area is an important factor influencing ultrasonic cardiogram.Indexes of ultrasonic cardiogram should be standardized according to body surface area for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
