目的:研究类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)家族的表达情况及其临床价值。方法:将我院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者纳入观察组,同期在我院体检的健康者纳入对照组,采集两组受试者的外周血检测MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-3、MMP-9的mRNA含量和蛋白含量,并对RA患者的关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、功能指数、疾病活动性评分进行评价。结果:观察组血清中MMP-2、MMP-3的mRNA含量和蛋白含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-1、MMP-9的mRNA含量和蛋白含量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清MMP-2、MMP-3蛋白含量与RA患者的关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、功能指数、疾病活动性评分呈正相关。结论:类风湿性关节炎患者血清中MMP-2、MMP-3呈高表达,且与主观指标具有良好的相关性,是判断RA患者病情理想的客观指标。
Abstract：Objective:To study the expression of MMP family in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its clinical value.Methods:Patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from 2010August to 2013September were enrolled as observation group and healthy subjects received physical examination during the same period were enrolled as control group.Then mRNA andprotein levels of MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-3、MMP-9in serum of two groups were detected;joint tenderness index,joint swelling index,joint function index,disease activity score of RA patients were evaluated.Results:(1)mRNA and protein content of MMP-2,MMP-3in serum of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);mRNA and protein content of MMP-1,MMP-9in serum of observation group was not significant different from that of the control group(P>0.05);(2)protein content of MMP-2,MMP-3in serum were positively correlated with joint tenderness index,joint swelling index,joint function index,disease activity score.Conclusion:MMP-2,MMP-3in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was highly expressed which shows good correlation with subjective index indicating they are objective index for judgment of severity.
