目的:探讨高压氧治疗对重度颅脑损伤患者术后肢体功能及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2011年9月~2013年2月于本院进行手术治疗的76例重度颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例),对照组给予常规术后治疗,观察组则以常规术后治疗加高压氧治疗进行干预,比较两组患者治疗前后的上下肢功能评分、神经功能相关指标、脑组织氧代谢相关指标。结果:观察组治疗后3、6个月时的上下肢功能评分、神经功能相关指标、脑组织氧代谢相关指标均显著优于对照组及治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗对重度颅脑损伤术后肢体功能及神经功能的影响较为积极,有助于改善患者各方面的功能状态。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on limb function and nerve function of patients with severe craniocerebral injury after the operation.Methods:A total of 76patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated with operation in our hospital from September 2011to February 2013were selected as research object,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group by half.Patients in the control group were treated with routine postoperative treatment, while patients in the observation group were treated with routine postoperative treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Then the upper and lower limb function score,serum related indexes of nerve function and brain tissue oxygen metabolism of two groups before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results:The upper and lower limb function score,serum related indexes of nerve function and brain tissue oxygen metabolism of observation group at third and sixth month after the treatment were all significantly better than those of control group at the same time,and the evaluation scores were better than those before the treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has effect on the limb function and nerve function of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and it is helpful for the improvement of functional state.
