目的:研究慢性萎缩性胃炎患者体内NF-KB(核因子KB)和Bcl-2(B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2基因)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测胃癌患者、慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者、慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃粘膜中NF-KB和Bcl-2的表达。结果:NF-KB和Bcl-2在各组不同患者中的阳性率呈明显递增趋势,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NF-KB和Bcl-2的表达水平在不同肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、远处转移及淋巴结转移患者中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NF-KB和Bcl-2表达水平的增加与胃癌的发生有重要关系,联合检测NF-KB和Bcl-2的表达,在临床上具有重要诊断意义,及时发现胃癌的早期病变。

Objective: To study in vivo expression of NF-KB and Bcl-2 in chronic atrophic gastritis patients and its significance.Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method were applied to detecte NF-KB and Bcl-2 expression levels in the gastric mucosa of patients with gastric cancer,chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients,and atrophic gastritis,respectively.Results: Positive expression rates of NF-KB and Bcl-2 has shown an obvious increasing trend,showing significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Expression levels of NF-KB and Bcl-2 were significant different among cases with different severity of tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,or distant metastasis(P <0.05).Conclusion: Increased NF-KB and Bcl-2 expression levels correlated with the occurrence of gastric cancer,combined detection of the two can help to diagnose early gastric cancer lesions and has essential significance.
