目的:观察钉棒复位椎间融合器固定治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法:对我院2006年3月～2010年2月收治的76例腰椎滑脱患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,76例患者采用钉棒复位椎间融合器固定进行治疗,比较手术前、后及随访结束时Taillard指数、疼痛评分(VAS)、腰功能评分(LBOS)、腰椎前凸度及椎间隙高度指数,观察术后并发症情况。结果:术后随访12～18个月,本组患者优56例,良14例,可6例,优良率为92.1%;术后仅发生硬脊膜损伤、脑脊液漏1例;术后Taillard指数、VAS、LBOS、腰椎前凸度及椎间隙高度指数与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),随访结束后VAS较术后有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钉棒复位椎间融合器固定治疗腰椎滑脱具有疗效好、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of nail rod reduction and intervertebral fusion device fixation for lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:Data of 76 cases of spondylolisthesis patients that were admitted to our hospital during March 2006 and February 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases underwent nail rod reduction and intervertebral fusion device fixation surgery.Taillard index,VAS,LBOS,lumbar lordosis,vertebral space height index before and after underwent the surgery as well as postoperative complications were observed and compared.Results: According to 12-18 months follow up,outcomes were excellent in 56 patients,good in 14 showed,and ok in 6 cases.Dural injury and cerebrospinal fluid leakage was observed in 1 case.Significant difference in Taillard index,VAS,LBOS,lumbar lordosis,vertebral space height index before and after underwent the surgery. Conclusions: Screw rod reduction and intervertebral fusion device fixation shows good effects for lumbar spondylolisthesis with advantages of little complications,and quick postoperative recovery,thus it is worthy of popularization and application.
